Going Strong

Going Strong for Almost 20 Years

In 2007, Jeff Partridge had an idea: What if we could create a truly independent firm that was based on comprehensive financial planning, quality service and delivering dynamic ideas from today’s most successful money managers?

For nearly 20 years, Jeff has built a team that has presented that exact concept, one family at a time. We have outstanding clients to thank for entrusting us to pursue financial independence and we thank them for their confidence, friendship, and loyalty.

In addition to helping clients pursue financial independence, Jeff continues to serve South Dakota as President of the Board of Regents for six Universities statewide. He served in the Legislature from 2015-2021, all six years on the Appropriations Committee balancing the multi-billion-dollar budget for the state. He was successful in revenue projections, aligning priorities and collaborating with the Governor’s office to deliver a budget that worked for the people. His financial acumen was tapped by the Governor in 2021 to become the CFO of the state for the 2022 Legislative session. It was an honor to stand in front of 14,000 state employees and deliver a solvent budget.

Today, Jeff gains a unique insight into the local economy through his contacts, participation, and leadership. He has broadened his knowledge on a wide array of topics, which will surely enrich conversations near and far. The call to community service is a vital part of whom we are at Partridge Financial. Jeff feels that he can serve clients and community best in this capacity.

The team has grown with Nate joining us in 2014. Nate Schneider continues to take on the challenge of professional advisory and looks forward to your call to learn how we can improve your experience as a client or colleague! In 2020, we expanded to Spearfish adding valued clients of Jim Barron. Kristen Gullickson joined us in 2022 to service that office as a Certified Financial Planner. Stay tuned for additional team members that are planning to join us in 2026.
